If you have made it to this page, that means your in for some amazing memories ahead! Below we included helpful tips, guides, tricks to help make your boating a more enjoyable experience. You can also visit our blog with lots of other helpful, great tips!
First Things First
You need to take your certified Boating Safety Course if you don’t already have it. This needs to be done for anyone in Canada that is operating a boat, we recommend you and your entire family take the course as it never expires and never needs to be renewed. Your good to boat for the rest of your / families life without issues from Transport Canada / Coast Guard.
This also helps to ensure you know the basics and how the waterways and boats work. The more people who take the courses, the safer the waters become! We recommend investing in you and your families safety with Fresh Air Educators (The same company that does all the ATV and snowmobile safety programs)
Something To Consider
One thing we strongly recommend is to visit and talk to your local marina and fellow boaters. Getting to know a marina and boaters gets you access first-hand knowledge and potentially dangerous areas with all the information from the source.
