Due to our continued growth, our dealership is looking for another Yard Manager to help streamline our properties.

Core Accountabilities:

  • Unloads Semis and load for deliveries
  • Loads trailers
  • Keep the yard clean of debris and well organized
  • Rotate stock
  • Pick products and prepare for shipment as required
  • Assist others as instructed by the Production Supervisor
  • Report any unauthorized persons or suspicious activity to the Production Supervisor or other Senior Manager immediately
  • Conduct daily pre-use inspections of forklift to ensure safe operation; reports required maintenance or damage to Production Supervisor immediately
  • Receive shipments, fill out receiving paperwork and store them in their proper locations
  • Responsible for using all equipment in which you are certified to operate. Operate all machinery in a safe, correct and careful manner, as instructed
  • Assist in day-to-day tasks to streamline processes
  • Ensure products are stored and organized properly
  • Report mark down any damaged shipments and let the manager know of any issues
  • Be organized and prioritize tasks
  • Reports all mechanical problems to the manager

  • Forklift/Heavy Equipment Experience is an asset but not required
